SVC Attorney David Camp To Present At The American Bar Association’s 29th Annual Spring Symposia On Fri., April 21

David Camp will be presenting at the American Bar Association’s 29th Annual Spring Symposia on Friday, April 21, 2017 in Denver, Colorado. The presentation is from 8 am – 9 am, and the title is “Love Thy Neighbor: Negotiating Co-Tenancy Provisions in an Evolving Retail Landscape.” Together with a distinguished panel of attorneys that include Sindhoori Nackeeran, Ruth Schoenmeyer (both with Pircher, Nichols & Meeks), Jin Liu (Carlton Fields), Stephanie Harrison (Coats|Rose), and Andrew Lubin (Neubert Pepe & Monteith, P.C.), they will be tackling how co-tenancy lease provisions are evolving as retail developments are changing. In particular, the panel will provide an overview of opening, possession and ongoing co-tenancy provisions, the nuances of negotiating these provisions, and a review of recent co-tenancy cases.
