Overview

Michel P. Williams (“Mike”) joined Senn Visciano Canges P.C. in 2013 as a Director and is a Member of the Executive Committee.  He has been practicing law for over thirty years, the majority of which was with an old-line Denver firm. Mike’s practice is, in some fashion, connected to real estate.  This includes extensive experience in acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties, including commercial leasing and tenant relations.  In addition, Mike assists lenders in pre-foreclosure workouts, foreclosures, loan modifications and servicing REO property needs. Mike’s clients’ needs range from local owners real estate to ground up development companies to national REIT’s and insurance companies.  Over the past several years, Mike has been involved in numerous commercial property sales and acquisitions ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to several hundred million dollars, providing due diligence, title, and loan and closing assistance. A sample list of recent transactions is listed below.
