Overview

Julia Koren’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, leasing, management and disposition of shopping centers, mixed-use developments, and office and industrial buildings.  Julia assists a variety of clients in the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial properties, and she represents both landlords and tenants in negotiating retail, office and industrial leases.

Julia was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She has lived in Colorado since receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. During law school, Julia was the Managing Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review.
