Julia W. Koren

Julia Koren’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management and disposition of shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use developments, planned communities, multi-family and residential projects. She represents both landlords and tenants in drafting, reviewing and negotiating retail and office leases.

Julia was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She has lived in Colorado since receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin. During law school, Julia was the Managing Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. She is a member of the Colorado, Colorado Women’s and Denver Bar Associations.
