We handle numerous developments both inside Colorado and across the country, including commercial, retail, mixed-use, industrial and flex projects, as well as residential projects, such as, condominiums and apartments. In addition, we represent clients in a variety of ongoing ownership issues from resolving boundary disputes and clarifying zoning and development rights to more complicated negotiations, such as our recent work with multiple municipalities to allow construction of several major industrial plants that brought jobs to Colorado. In addition, we work with developers, lenders and buyers in the mountains to facilitate condominium and resort development and ownership.
