Entitlements
SVC's Entitlements practice area includes attorneys who represent landowners, developers and local governmental entities in a wide variety of land development entitlement matters including zoning, platting, development permits, development agreements, annexation agreements, establishment and protection of grandfathered rights, tax abatements, tax increment financing districts, other economic incentive agreements, special use districts and other forms of private/municipal participations. We have worked with state, county, and local governments and urban renewal authorities to secure incentive money for clients' developments, which may include establishing Special Districts or other quasi-governmental agencies to facilitate development.
