The SCVR construction law practice includes representation of clients from many facets of the construction industry: public and private owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, homebuilders, specialty contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and trade organizations. Our work for our construction industry clients includes drafting, analyzing and negotiating contracts, dispute resolution in arbitration, litigation and appearances before governmental agencies and boards of contract appeals, and enforcement of mechanic's lien, Miller Act, bond and insurance rights. We have represented clients in a vast range of construction projects and claims, including commercial, industrial, large public works projects, highway, paving, wastewater sanitation, schools, casinos, resort, multi-family and mixed-use projects, and residential construction.
