Joel joined the firm in 1997 and
became a named partner at the end of 2009. Joel concentrates his
practice in commercial real estate, real estate finance, special
district, entitlements, renewable energy, and general corporate
law. He advises companies relocating facilities in Colorado
on site selection, entitlements and public incentives. He
sits on the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Board. He is
Chairman of the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority Board, and
has served on other boards including, the Colorado Commission on
Higher Education and Solera National Bancorp, Inc. (an OCC
chartered, publicly traded company).
