Chris was originally associated with a New York firm before joining with Mr. Senn from 1984-1992.  She rejoined the firm in 2006.  Ms. Hoth specializes in all aspects of real estate transactions including leasing, development, condominium and ownership issues and related commercial financing, secured and unsecured, on behalf of both lenders and borrowers. She represents clients in general business and corporate issues.  She also advises our renewable energy clients on entitlement and development issues. Chris is a member of the New York and Colorado Bars.
