Overview

David represents clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including development, construction, financing and ownership issues with a particular emphasis on leasing and retail development.

David works with several national clients, including extensive representation of a leading national grocery chain and work with a global online retailer.  David has also represented various institutional lenders and developers as well as an international music venue operator. David lectures on various real estate and financing topics, including classes on REAs, lease negotiations, and a variety of more specific subjects for the ABA Real Estate Section, ICSC, Professional Education Broadcast Network, and the Colorado Bar Association National CLE.
