ATTORNEY POSITION – SENN VISCIANO P.C., DENVER

Experienced (and hopefully brilliant) litigation strategist and researcher to assist principally Frank Visciano, and possibly others, in prosecuting and defending civil claims for clients in a diverse commercial litigation practice involving real estate, entity disputes, securities, and construction.  We need a special person who will enjoy working in our practice group with good lawyers and great people.  Given the nature of our litigation practice, we are not running to and from court on a regular basis.  But what we do, day in and out, is formulate strategies to obtain business or if needed litigation solutions for a variety of client problems; help clients formulate and pursue claims and defenses; engage in the usual discovery efforts; and prepare the cases for trial or arbitration.
