Terry began
working with our transactional department in
March of 2006. Terry practiced at a law firm
in Chicago for nearly seven years before
re-locating to Denver. He is experienced in
real estate transactions, leasing, financing
and estate planning.
Terry has
practiced law in the areas of estate
planning, probate, trust administration,
real estate and business law for more than
ten years. After earning his law degree
from DePaul University College of Law, he
practiced in a boutique estate planning and
business transactional law firm in Chicago
for the first several years and before
relocating to the Denver area.
Terry’s
experience in estate planning is
wide-ranging, including everything from
drafting basic wills to implementing
sophisticated, tax-driven estate plans. He
has also handled nearly all aspects of the
administration of probate estates and
trusts.
