Martha joined the firm in 1998. She concentrates her practice on transactional matters, focusing primarily on commercial financing and real estate, including commercial leasing.  She brings to the firm a wide variety of legal experience, including litigation, real estate, banking, corporate and appellate, gained during her nine years as an associate with Robinson, Waters, O’Dorisio & Rapson, P.C., and three years as a shareholder of Martha J. Bohling, P.C.  She was a founding Board Member and served two terms as President of the Colorado Lawyers Health Program, and served as President of the Rhone-Brackett Inn of Court.
