Larry joined
the firm in 1995. He is a transactional
attorney with primary focus in the areas of
real estate and business entities. Mr.
Atler was a founding member and co-managing
principal of Atler, Zall & Haligman. P.C.
and "Of Counsel" to McKenna, Connor &
Cuneo. He co-authored the original
Condominium Act of Colorado and his practice
includes all phases of real estate,
acquisitions, finance leasing and
disposition and legal entities. He has
practical experience in numerous real estate
developments and is involved in civic
activities. He is a Past-Chair of the Denver
Metro Chamber of Commerce; Past-Chair of the
Mountain States Regional Board and current
member; Regional and former National Officer
and member of the National Governing Body of
the Anti-Defamation League; former
Vice-Chair and current member of Metro State
College of Denver Foundation; Chair of
Gertrude Kohnke Charitable Foundation;
former member and officer of Rose Community
Foundation and current member of Rose
Medical Center Advisory Board; former
Commissioner of the Colorado Commission on
Higher Education; former Vice-chair of
Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Foundation;
former member of Mayor's Advisory Council an
current member of Mayor's Leadership Team on
Early Childhood Education; and consultant to
School of Medicine of University of
Colorado. He served in the US Marine Corps.
