Representative clients of our transactional department include: real estate, construction and mezzanine lenders; office, retail and industrial landlords and tenants; buyers and sellers of all types of real property; and commercial, condominium and single and multi-family developers. Our construction law department represents construction industry clients, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and developers. Our litigation department has an extensive client list including real estate and securities brokerage firms, brokers and customers as well as communications, cable and technology companies, developers, lenders and other businesses and individuals involved in a variety of commercial disputes.

Our History . . .

In 1980 Mark Senn formed Mark A. Senn, P.C. His goal was to develop a broad practice reflecting a diverse clientele.  He was  joined in 1990 by Frank Visciano and in 1994 by Ellen Kirschenbaum. Together they built a practice with concentrations in many areas of law.

Over the years, Senn Visciano Kirschenbaum P.C. has provided responsive service to meet the needs of each client as well as serving as leaders in business, government and professional associations. Today we are proud to have the depth and diversity to deliver proficient advice and provide representation across a broad range of practice areas.
